Build Types

Net Setups

Net Setups

Netting configurations designed to keep costs down while giving you a functional indoor hitting space. Great for golfers who want to practice their swing without a full visual experience. Simple setups can start at a few thousand dollars.

Enclosures

Enclosures

Enclosure setups pair a projector with an impact screen for an immersive course-play experience. This is the most popular option for home golfers who want to see their shots fly across a projected course. Enclosures allow you to play virtual rounds on over 1,300 courses using software like GS Pro.

Fully Custom Builds

Fully Custom Builds

Our fully custom builds include custom wall panels and ceiling panels paired with a built-in impact screen made to fit your exact space. Custom setups fill any wall up to 11 feet, ceiling to floor, for an unmatched finish. These premium builds combine SynLawn turf, Carl’s Place screens, and your choice of launch monitor into a one-of-a-kind simulator room.

Space Requirements

Every indoor golf simulator needs three things from a room: enough width to swing safely, enough depth to stand back from the screen, and enough ceiling height to clear your club at the top of your backswing.

Custom Wall Padding

Wall padding is one of the most visible elements of any simulator room, and it is where Sim Spaces stands apart. We specialize in custom wall panels made to fit any room. Our panels are designed to be fully removable, so you can replace them, update them, or take them with you if you move. Competitors typically glue or nail their panels in place, making removal difficult or destructive.

We offer two panel tiers. Premium panels feature a high-end finish with superior materials and craftsmanship. Standard panels come in 36-inch by 12-inch sizes and are available on a faster timeline. Both options are custom-fit to your room dimensions, including ceiling panels for full coverage.

What You Need for a Golf Simulator

At its core, five things are needed for a golf simulator:

Projectors, side curtains, secondary monitors, sound systems, and many other options can be added to make your space come together. We walk you through all of it during the consultation.

We walk you through options during your consultation so you understand exactly what fits your space and budget.

Every simulator needs three things: width, depth, and ceiling height. We recommend 12 feet of width (15 feet or more allows a center-strike setup for both lefties and righties), a minimum of 10 feet of ceiling height, and 18 to 20 feet of depth for the best experience. If your room is smaller or uniquely shaped, we specialize in designing solutions for tight or unconventional spaces.
