Custom Wall Padding
Wall padding is one of the most visible elements of any simulator room, and it is where Sim Spaces stands apart. We specialize in custom wall panels made to fit any room. Our panels are designed to be fully removable, so you can replace them, update them, or take them with you if you move. Competitors typically glue or nail their panels in place, making removal difficult or destructive.
We offer two panel tiers. Premium panels feature a high-end finish with superior materials and craftsmanship. Standard panels come in 36-inch by 12-inch sizes and are available on a faster timeline. Both options are custom-fit to your room dimensions, including ceiling panels for full coverage.

How much space do I need for a golf simulator?
Every simulator needs three things: width, depth, and ceiling height. We recommend 12 feet of width (15 feet or more allows a center-strike setup for both lefties and righties), a minimum of 10 feet of ceiling height, and 18 to 20 feet of depth for the best experience. If your room is smaller or uniquely shaped, we specialize in designing solutions for tight or unconventional spaces.
Can I put a golf simulator in my garage?
Yes. Garages are one of the most popular simulator locations in Michigan. We design around door tracks, ceiling height, temperature swings, and seasonal use.
Do I need a dedicated room?
No. We build simulators in basements, garages, bonus rooms, commercial spaces, and open-concept areas. Every build is custom to the room it lives in.

Yes. Home visits start at $100 within 40 miles of Pinckney, MI. We measure your space, review layout options, and answer every question in person.

We are brand-agnostic and recommend the right technology for your goals and budget. We work with Foresight Sports, Trackman, Uneekor, TruGolf, ProTee, GolfJoy, VTrack, Rapsodo, and more.
What software can I use with my simulator?
We support all major platforms, including GS Pro (the most popular option with over 1,300 courses), E6 Golf, GolfCore, Pure Golf, Virtual Golf 3, Awesome Golf, Optishot, Orion, and more. We install the software, configure it, and teach you how to use it.
Do you provide impact screens and turf?
Yes. We offer Carl’s Place premium impact screens plus an ultra-premium custom option. For turf, we use SynLawn seamless flooring with inset hitting strips and sunken golf holes.
