Our Story
Sim Spaces Golf began with a simple favor: helping a friend build a golf simulator in his garage. Paul planned the space, researched the technology, and found cost-effective ways to bring the project to life. Once the simulator was up and running, the experience of playing golf through a cold Michigan winter made something clear: indoor golf was not just convenient, it was transformative.
Michigan has one of the strongest golf cultures in the country, but 4 to 6 months of the year are unplayable outdoors. With simulator technology becoming more affordable, Paul saw an opportunity to bring high-quality indoor golf to more Michigan homes and businesses.
Sim Spaces Golf was created to deliver beautifully built, technically accurate, and highly functional simulator spaces, without overpromising and always with clear communication. The mission is simple: make indoor golf accessible, build community, and help grow the sport in a state that loves golf but battles long winters.
The name
The Sim Spaces name has always pointed to the most critical factor in every indoor golf solution: the space. If a player wants to swing a golf club indoors, they need the proper space to do so. The name is a direct reflection of what matters most in every build we take on.

The ideal Sim Spaces client is a golf enthusiast who wants to expand their skills from the comfort of home. You want a golf simulator, but you may not have the time or expertise to research, source, and assemble one yourself. We handle all of that for you.
We also work with facility operators who see the long-term value in golf simulators and are planning to open or expand a commercial venue. You understand the basics of the technology but need guidance finding the correct setup for your space, traffic flow, and budget.
Sim Spaces Golf is based in Pinckney, Michigan and serves homeowners and businesses throughout Michigan, including Oakland County, Washtenaw County, Livingston County, and the greater Metro Detroit area.

What began as a simple favor –helping a friend design and build a garage golf simulator – quickly revealed how transformative indoor golf can be during Michigan’s long winters.
Paul approaches each project with an emphasis on functional craftsmanship: designing spaces that are technically accurate, carefully built, and tailored to how people actually use them. Rather than overpromising, his focus is on clear communication, intentional design, and a higher level of quality that sets each build apart.
